Buhari picks APC presidential nomination form: Paid by back loan or by Timipre Sylva?

A few speculation has been ongoing in the media scene about General Buhari (Rtd) purchasing the APC presidential nomination ticket which costs an alarming price of N27.5m from a bank loan or that the said amount was handed down to the party's national organising secretary by the former governor of Bayelsa state, Timipre Sylva.

Would one think this was done to spite fellow statesman and president of the federal republic of Nigeria, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan who eventually would declare his intentions for the 2015 presidential race, tomorrow Saturday 18th October 2014 under the guise of his Transformation Agenda of Nigeria or was he moved  in accordance with a quest for good leadership and the fellowship of Buhari's charisma (if he has one).

However, General Buhari felt embittered at the stake at which the presidential ticket had to be won, making him place a call to his banker for a loan, but guess what it had already been taken care of by some politician whose loot is still fresh out of the oven.

He said "It’s a pity I couldn't influence this amount to be put down as in the case of ladies and the disabled that intend to participate. I always looked left and right in our meetings but I could not read sympathy in the faces of co party members, so I kept my trap. But I felt heavily sorry for myself because I don’t want to go and ask somebody to pay for my nomination forms, because I always try to pay myself, at least for the nomination."

The national chairman of the party, Chief Odigie-Oyegun expounded that the N27.5m was to separate the men from the boys. He also reiterated further saying "let me say that the N27.5m is to separate the men from the boys, It is quite clear. We know you, I don’t expect you have N27m under your bed. But I expected that there are Nigerians who will vouch for you any day and who are ready to stand by you any day and that is the result that we have obtained today."

Stephen Keshi Has Been Sacked and Discharged of his Duties

Breaking News: The Nigeria Football Federation NFF has just issued Stephen Keshi the pink slip, meaning he has been discharged of his duties as the head coach and manager of the Super Eagles of Nigeria who have inadvertently refused to fly, more or less soar like their name obviously implies.

After long hours of deliberation by the executive board members at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel in Abuja, the board harmoniously and in one accord agreed to give he and his crew the axe, which was long overdue since his contract ended with the closure of the world cup. The board promised to sponsor he and his crew to any choice of coaching school that they would be interested in, to acquire more knowledge about the game. This sounds more like an insult and suffers credibility gap, if retraining of coaches ought to be done it should be pursued while he was still the coach of the super eagles, when he had the opportunity to impart what could be learnt into the team, which definitely would make an impact.

Shuaibu Amodu has been returned  as the team's interim coach and to be assisted by three coaches from the Glo Premier League - Salisu Yusuf (El Kanemi Warriors), Gbenga Ogunbote (Sharks FC) and  Alloy Agu former green eagles goalkeeper, who would be the goalkeeper trainer.

Why do they keep going in circles and expect different results, isn't this insanity on the federation's part? Maybe the team's next coach would be Onigbinde! after they've exhausted the list.

What's next Nigerians: A foreign 'Mr Livingstone' coach or another home-grown coach ? Your opinion counts people.

PREMATURE EJACULATION IS NOT A CONDITION: HOW TO GET RID OF IT.

Premature ejaculation is one of the most common sexual complaints among men, its estimated that about 15-45% of men encounter premature ejaculation at some point in their lives. Most people who think they have PE necessarily don't have it, its a relative condition that is most evident when a partner has just been met or changed.

It would take an average of 10-25 minutes for a woman to climax or reach orgasm through penetrative sex but a little shorter to attain if co joined with oral sex. It takes a man an average of about 2-10 minutes to climax irrespective of other foreplays. To sum all these up, i would say a man has premature ejaculation if he is unable to satisfy a particular woman over a consistent period of time, because his sensory organs and reflexive nerve which should have adapted to the sensual feeling are  not doing so and he is letting them get the best part of him.

Getting rid of premature ejaculation is not a process you can achieve overnight, it takes both mental and emotional strength to acquire that state of anticipated ejaculation. First you need to be familiar with your body's responses and find ways to control them, know what's best for you to eat and drink and remember to get rid of toxins from your body, secondly you need to build your mental and physical tolerance for sexual stimulation, although this may take a while to get used to but you'll get there and thirdly you need get your penis well erected in a gradual and long lasting way. Don't rush into it, cuddle and caress her, give slow kisses while orally stimulating her and this would go a long way to make you both feel the greatest of pleasure.

More insights coming soon to keep you abreast, so stay erect and functioning.

The Ebola Virus Disease won't hold Chris Brown back

The publicly acclaimed contentious  r&b singer Chris Brown tweets his thoughts about Ebola

"I don't know...But I think this Ebola epidemic is a form of population control S--t is getting crazy bruh". I hope this doesn't get him more dislikes, but a brother has got to air his view, don't you think?
Minutes later he tweeted back that he needed to "Shut...up". I guess he knew he had just made a  flush off his mouth and needed to hush it back to where it came from.

Ebola Virus Disease

Vitamins are a specific group of organic compounds essential in small quantities for healthy human growth, metabolism development, and body function; found in minute amounts in plant and animal foods or sometimes produced synthetically; deficiencies of specific vitamins produce specific disorders.

That's right, not getting enough of the daily requirements of vitamins could lead to the development of certain disorders like cracks at the corners of the mouth,  a red, scaly rash on your face (and sometimes elsewhere) and hair loss, tingling, prickling, and numbness in hands, feet, or elsewhere,  crazy muscle cramps in the form of stabbing pains in toes, calves, arches of feet, and backs, noting that these symptoms can be combined with anxiety, depression, anaemia, fatigue, and hormone imbalances.

These  vitamin deficiencies may range from  Iron, zinc, B vitamins like folate (B9), B6, and B12 and B vitamins like niacin (B3), riboflavin (B2). It's standard if you're a vegetarian to not get enough iron, zinc, and B12,  Biotin (B7), known as the hair vitamin. While your body stores fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K), it doesn't store most B vitamins, which are water-soluble. Body builders take note: Eating raw eggs makes you vulnerable, because a protein in raw eggs called avidin inhibits the body's ability to absorb biotin. Also body builders may loose essential fatty acids and vitamins A and D, magnesium, calcium, and potassium. "If it's happening frequently, it's a tip-off that you're lacking in these," . And if you're training hard, you can lose more minerals (and water-soluble B vitamins) through heavy sweating.

Getting a balanced dose of vitamin C especially, can help build a strong immune system which could combat the Ebola Virus Disease and make the body system impenetrable by any disease. Experts say the fruit bat which is the main carrier of the disease is immune to the virus, although not because its body produces the required antibody but because it feeds mainly on fruits which alternatively gives vitamin supplements especially vitamin C.

WAYS TO PREVENT IT FROM SPREADING ARE JUST BASIC
HYGIENE ROUTINE THAT SHOULD BE EASY TO ADHERE TO.
